I agree. And civilians have no place here; however many of those same civilians are stubborn and would never be willing to admit such a thing--it is up to COST command to remove them, which I am quite sure they would never do.
By working for one side of the treaty, we are actively picking a side in their power issue.
Try to spin it however you wish, as one side favors us, and the other does not--we are meddling in political affairs to suit ourselves.
