Essentially all of us were new to this cell when that happened. So whatever teamwork seems to be taking place now has mostly been through trial and error.
It's not ideal but it is getting better. People are more likely to communicate what they're doing instead of going lone wolf. There's exceptions, but I think that's going to be the case no matter what.
