Why do some men have an aversion to shaving?

Where I come from, a beard is a mark of manhood.

It was more because they are able to grow beards. Similar to how a woman receives her...courses.

It still seems strange to become attached to something so fleeting.

It's not as if it won't grow back.

It's vanity. It's not very different from us dressing our hair or trying to look beautiful for someone.

You don't like beards?

It's little to do with my preference and keeping someone particularly stubborn alive.

There's nothing wrong with that. Some men don't look good in beards.
