Before Gallipoli, it was discussed that we should come up with aliases to call each other, and have backstories to speak of while there was downtime in the war. At the time, we knew the Regency was there, but they wouldn't be so visible. It was enough to not be asked too much by the natives of the time, and allowed us the conditions we needed to blend in as a unit of reinforcements that was beached at the wrong location.

The situation may be different here, but I'd suggest we come up with different aliases from before, considering we'll be facing the Regency out in the open. Using your actual name isn't suggested- it could cause problems and endanger the rest of this cell if you do so. Try to pick something you'll remember easily enough.

Feel free to suggest names and ideas for yourselves, or help others. The BCE has a list of them you can pick from. The sooner we can compile a list, the easier it will make it for all of us to recall while in the middle of the mission.

If you want to stop the problem, engage them directly. People often take up different ways to deal with stress, so give them another option.

However, those pointing out first that the list should be updated if they want us to successfully blend in isn't a pointless criticism.

Unlike the other missions where blending in was essential, it's known that we are from COST. The Day-Ones know it, as do the Regency. Lest you intend to adopt a name based upon their language, we will never truly blend in with whatever the name is chosen.

We're humans. They're another race entirely, one who embraces strength. Bickering would only prove that we're more useful as a meal versus someone to view as an ally.

It's a consideration. We've already been on more than one mission, haven't we? I'm thinking further ahead. If you don't want people to pointlessly argue, then don't bother scolding everyone. You're just adding more fuel to it. Once people have something in their heads, they'll run with it.

If you knew that, then perhaps you should consider conveying that in your messages, versus wasting both our time.

[ There was a difference between blending in with a time period, and choosing an alias to hide behind when representing COST. If people couldn't grasp that simple concept, then they put their own lives at risk. ]

I've managed it rather well thus far, actually, but I will take your advice into consideration for the future.
