I ask that you use caution if encountering Yhych in the courts. Or at least carry with you an anti-toxin.

Is anyone a weapon-maker here?

Ignore my next message until you are alone or are able to control your reaction.

I'm told Kebechet is here.

Your other self makes mention of his age. What would draw you to Grothia, were you to meet her under different circumstances?
[ Thinking out loud... or in her head, to him. ]
There's more than just the Seven. The Great Stallion, the Lord of Light, the Drowned God, as well as the Many-Faced God. Even more still, such as those my family followed prior to Aegon the Conqueror's conversion. [ But it was worth asking, if her tone was anything to judge by. ] Are you not close enough to him?
Not on the field. We've little guidance on the field.

Hm. Well, a willingness to improve or do right, I suppose. Plus my own motivations to oppose the Regency, although that likely goes without saying.
[Chiron hmmms, nodding along slowly.]
But they are still known and worshipped to some extent. It does make me wonder if they would stand with COST then, as a factor for the other gods was no longer having faithful.
I'm close with him, but that also means knowing when to not ask questions.
Mm. I see what you mean. [He's almost...reluctant.]

What would have been reason enough to have brought the other you into this fight in the first place? Obviously we were drawn in when COST was established, though I've still no recollection of my agreeing to join.
[ This place will drive her mad. Too many questions, not enough answers. ]
Sometimes those questions are necessary if it means obtaining answers for our cause.
[ It's cold to say, and she doesn't like suggesting it. She wouldn't ask it of Chiron, that much is clear. ]
Some are, but the gods of Old Valyria... I can't imagine many still worship them. Some, perhaps. The Seven and the Old Gods of the North seem to be the most prominent because of Westeros, but the people of Essos follow the others I've mentioned. Perhaps they would join COST, but that banks on their actual existence.
What's wrong? You disagree?

I've no idea. Some of it could be luck. In all versions of all worlds, it was fortune that pointed out that there was a second Chiron out there who could assist in these matters. It's as likely a scenario as anything else.
[Summons were random. Holy Grail, COST, whichever it was.]
I like to think of the existence as a given. But you kow my biases when it comes to gods, to an almost embarrassing degree.
[There's a pause, and Chiron searches for the correct words.]
It's an unusual role. One I would not shrink if required, but one where I might make more mistakes in learning, and thus risk lives.
