not all cities are like this in my time either. Where i'm from we keep our filth separate from, you know, the rest of the world? (idk if you have a sewage system god i hope everyone has a sewage system)
Its an inn. Best i can say about it is that theyre still managing to feed me and the booze is cheap but only cause it's not all that great
