@BROKEBACKSTAB Other than it vaguely reminds me of a country from my own world?

@BROKEBACKSTAB No.

@BROKEBACKSTAB Probably because it reminds me of this country from where I come from while simultaneously making me almost...complementary of this country where I come from.

@BROKEBACKSTAB Orlesian frippery and nonsense is not something to compliment, but Empress Celene would have played a much better Game than this.

@BROKEBACKSTAB I am from a place called Tevinter. Orlais is one of our feuding cousins, it's very unpleasant. The reasons are too many to be counted, but clothing is always a good place to start.

@BROKEBACKSTAB Knowing Empress Celene she would have quelled such an uprising by burning the city to the ground like she did with one of her alienages.
@BROKEBACKSTAB And what do we know about COST? Aside from being shady and bestowing upon us terrible identifiers?

@BROKEBACKSTAB Think lots of frills and bows, ruffled collars that hide half of your face, masks, pointed shoes, and the most absurd hats
@BROKEBACKSTAB I suppose that's one way of putting it. Her methods are effective, granted her country is in better shape for it

@BROKEBACKSTAB I believe it is referring to semper ubi sub ubi which literally translates to "always where under where." Say that out loud to yourself and...yes. It's bad.

@BROKEBACKSTAB It is certainly a great offense to the senses, fortunately I've never been stuffed into an Orlesian getup.

@BROKEBACKSTAB I am actually very consistent when it comes to my undergarments. It's possible they picked it because they knew I spoke the language? They thought it was amusing? I suppose it could be worse.
