I only considered it since I recalled our last mission in revolutionary france where there were very few options for showers but at least there was something
In trenches there will be nothing
So might as well get rid of the nuisance altogether

I know many will try to cling to their hair so I don't expect everyone to cut it off
Maybe find some elaborate way to pin it together under a helmet but honestly
