Its an inn. Best i can say about it is that theyre still managing to feed me
and the booze is cheap
but only cause it's not all that great

There are privies, where I'm from, but the cities are only big towns, and not very many of them. The real cities are hundreds of leagues away. Our country is wild. Filth doesn't much accumulate.

Have you been somewhere better? The wine I've tasted is more vinegar than wine and the ale has been swill, but I'm used to that. What are they feeding you?
